Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing our editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication of reviews, tech chronologies, and trend analyses.
• Writing and editing high-quality articles optimized for SEO, with a focus on engaging narratives that connect historical tech milestones to modern innovations.
• Collaborating with me (Peter!) and guest contributors to source ideas, fact-check content, and incorporate multimedia elements like images and videos.
• Monitoring analytics to refine content strategy and grow our audience beyond 50,000 monthly readers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in content management, preferably in tech blogging, IT media, or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a geeky flair—must be able to explain complex topics like blockchain or AI ethics in an accessible way.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a passion for tech history and gadgets.
• Bonus: Experience with social media promotion or video scripting.

Salary Range:

$65,000 – $85,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and remote work stipends. (Commensurate with experience; includes health benefits for US-based hires.)

• Knowledge of print processes, including CMYK color management, bleeds, and resolution standards.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an appreciation for tech aesthetics (e.g., retro-futuristic designs).
• Bonus: Experience with digital-to-print workflows or familiarity with sustainable printing practices.

Salary Range:

$55,000 – $75,000 annually, plus benefits like commuter stipends for Miami-based work. (Adjusted for experience; includes professional development opportunities.)
